How many experience do you have with being staff? - I have run 4 servers my self the first 2 didnt turn out so well.On the the other hand the second 2 were pretty succesful (if you consider 10-20 players as a succes) but i had to close them due to funding issues.From the servers i gained a lot of experience with managing.I have also been staff on a server whcih i didnt own (from helper to mod then admin).
