Thank you for taking the time to make an application for the Trolax Staff team. Unfortunately, I won’t be delivering good news.

If you read over your answers, you can see that there are only a few lines each maximum and a lot of your responses are very similar to those that I read on other applications. We know you have a lot of things that make you unique and special and we want to see them reflected in your application.

Think of it like this. We don't know you that well so we have to learn all about you from your application. So, when you are writing your answers, think to yourself, does this make me stand out? Is this really all there is that I can write about me? Is this unique and does this really show who I am? If you answer yes to all those questions, your application will have improved.

So overall, try to include more detail, add some more personal information about yourself. That should help to make your application better and we look forward to reading your application when you can reapply in a months time.
